Here's what happens over the coming weeks:

• We'll reach out and request documents from you in order to complete our required AML checks. If there is more than one director and/or shareholder, we'll need their name and email address so that we can request information from them directly.

• You'll receive an invite to our Client Portal (this is where we upload documents for you to see and sign).

• We'll get you set up on our accounting software and explain what you'll need to do.

  • (If you already have a Xero account, you'll need to request a transfer through Xero to Gareth Evans​ and use the email address info@evansandco.uk).

• Our payroll department will reach out to request information.​

• We'll need your previous accountant's details so that we can reach out to them directly to request "Professional Clearance". 

  • If you've not had an accountant before, don't worry, we'll let you know exactly what we need from you.​

• We'll start working on your bookkeeping as soon as you've started uploading your receipts and invoices.​
